Ingredients:
- 4 pickled gherkins
- 1 cup whole grain croutons
- 10 diced cherry tomatoes
- 4 thinly sliced green onions
- ½ cup sliced olives
- 200g Arla® Cottage Cheese
- 2-4 spoons olive oil
- ½ spoon dried oregano
Method:
Cut the pickled gherkins into fourths lengthwise and into slices
Mix all the ingredients in a medium-large bowl
