Arla Cottage Cheese & Smoked Salmon Toast

Prep time: 7 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g Arla® Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano 
  • 1 large size wholegrain slice bread
  • 70-100g smoked salmon
  • Few rocket leaves 
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest

 

Method:

Put Arla® cottage cheese, the chopped parsley, dried oregano, and the lemon zest in a bowl and mix the ingredients

Spread the cottage cheese blend on the toasted slice bread

Top with the smoked salmon and the rocket leaves
