Ingredients:
- 2 overripe, large bananas
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 8 full spoons of oats
- 500g of Arla® Protein Milk Drink 50% Less Sugar (Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry Flavour)
Method:
Blend the oats until a fine powder forms.
Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into large glasses, add some ice, and enjoy.
