Ingredients:
- 1 tin of tuna in water
- 200g Arla® Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 1 spoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 spoons minced parsley
- ¼ cup shredded carrot
- ½ tbsp dill weed
- 2 medium, whole wheat Cypriot pittas
Method:
In a bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients
Cut pittas into pocket halves
Fill the pitta pocket halves with the tuna and Arla® Cottage Cheese blend
