Baked Soft Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

  • 500 gr pasta
  • 500 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 500 gr mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • garlic powder 
  • 200 gr Arla® Lactofree cream cheese
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • squeeze of lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F
  2. Slice mushrooms and onion and place into an oven dish with the cherry tomatoes 
  3. Add the block of Arla® Lactofree cream cheese
  4. Drizzle over the olive oil
  5. Add the garlic powder, salt and squeeze half a lemon
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until mushrooms are nicely golden and cream cheese has softened
  7. Give it all a mix together
