Fettuccini with salmon and asparagus


Ingredients

  • 400 gr asparagus
  • 3 onions
  • 400 gr salmon
  • 40 gr Lurpak® butter
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 150 ml Arla® whipping cream
  • 200 ml water, from the boiled salmon
  • 400 gr fettuccine or other type of pasta
  • 200 gr Arla® Mild White Cheddar Cheese Block
  • Salt, pepper


Directions

Clean the asparagus, boil and cut them into small pieces. Grate the onion. Cut salmon into cubes. Add butter and onions in a pan and cook along with salmon and wine. Let simmer for about 8 minutes. Mix in a bowl heavy cream Arla®, the water where you have already boiled the salmon, salt and pepper. Add salmon and onion into the bowl with the sauce. Boil pasta. Serve pasta with the sauce and sprinkle Original Arla® Hard Danish Creese on top.
