Lashings of fresh Arla Cream Cheese layered with smoked salmon, radishes and dill make a simply delicious, and simply beautiful, brunch or lunch.
Time you need: 20 minutes
FILLING
- 2 slices of sough dough bread
- 50g Arla Natural Cream Cheese
- ¼ lb of smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 or 2 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 tsp of chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
- Lightly toast the sourdough bread.
- Carefully spread the Arla Natural Cream Cheese on top, adding more if desired.
- Top with thinly smoked salmon slices.
- Garnish with thinly sliced radish and fresh dill.
- Add some black pepper and squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
SERVING
Serve for a simple snack for brunch or lunch!
